Refund policy

At आकार, every product is carefully designed and customized to suit individual needs. Since many of our products are personalized, we request you to read our return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• An unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized products (including logo printed items)
• Products purchased during special sales or discount campaigns
• Minor color variations due to screen differences

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• The product will be inspected by our team
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days

Refunds will be issued via:

• Original payment method
OR
• Store credit (if preferred)

Replacement

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product in case of:

• Damage
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered
